Now that you have heard of autoCAD, its time to learn how to use it. There are many exemplary books that, by using exercises help a student learn the program. Books such as Mastering AutoCAD by George Omura are excellent to learn the fundamental aspects of autoCAD. Be patient. AutoCAD takes time to learn and comes to other more quickly, and others may find it more difficult. In all, autoCAd is an excellent program that can help people in the architectural world in numerous ways.
This is an exemplary drawing that goes over features on autoCAD. A drawing for a company is standardized into three views. Top, front, and side. The isometric drawing shown above is another feature, showing an object at angles to better represent the object. AutoCAD can be drawn in 2 dimensions or 3 dimensions. The third dimension requires an additional cartesian plane, which can be refered to as z. Normal coordinates on a 2 dimensional graph are as followed (x,y). A three dimensional coordinate in autoCAD can be demonstrated as (x,y,z). This is represent because drawings are shown in a point in space that is relative to its dimension.
